"Terms & Conditions – UVS Construction & Developers Welcome to UVS Construction & Developers. By engaging our services for construction, development, or waterproofing, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before entering into an agreement with us.

1. Scope of Work All works will be carried out as per the signed quotation/estimate, drawings, and agreed specifications. Any changes, additions, or modifications requested after agreement will attract additional costs and revised timelines. UVS Construction & Developers reserves the right to subcontract certain works to specialized vendors if required.

2. Estimates, Payments & Delays Estimates/quotations are valid for a limited period (generally 30 days) and subject to change based on material and labor market conditions. Payments must be made in installments/milestones as agreed in the contract. Delay in payments may result in suspension of work and/or additional charges. Final handover will be done only after receipt of full and final payment.

3. Waterproofing & Warranties Waterproofing services come with a limited warranty (as specified in the quotation) against seepage/leakage from the treated surface. Warranty does not cover: Structural cracks or damages due to building settlement, natural calamities, or external construction. Damages caused by third-party alterations, drilling, or modifications after our work. Any service under warranty will be provided only upon verification by our technical team.

4. Client Responsibilities The client must provide site access, electricity, water, and storage space for materials. Necessary approvals, permissions, and compliance with local authorities are the client’s responsibility. Safety of client’s belongings and premises remains the client’s responsibility during construction.

5. Liability Disclaimer UVS Construction & Developers takes all precautions for quality and safety, but we are not liable for delays caused by weather, labor strikes, supplier delays, government restrictions, or force majeure events. We are not responsible for damages caused due to misuse, lack of maintenance, or third-party negligence after project completion.

6. Material & Quality Materials will be of the agreed brand/quality mentioned in the quotation. Any client-supplied materials will be the client’s responsibility in terms of quality and performance. Workmanship will adhere to industry standards and codes of practice.

7. Termination of Contract Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice in case of breach of contract. UVS Construction & Developers is entitled to recover costs for work completed, materials procured, and expenses incurred up to the date of termination.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nanded, Maharashtra.

9. Acceptance of Terms By signing a contract or work order with UVS Construction & Developers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
